Reporting to the Operations Manager, the team leader will be responsible for:
· Ensure that staffing and material resources are adequate for the various departments to guarantee service delivery.
· Organize, supervise, and manage operational teams.
· Manage and oversee the delivery of services related to construction sites.
· Monitor project results, analyze them, and propose solutions for improvement.
· Implement the Quality, Safety, and Environment System and ensure that:
- Protecting teams
- Compliance with operating procedures and protocols
- The application of recommended methods, procedures, and equipment
· Ensure that customer procedures are followed correctly.
· Ensure internal communication and the dissemination of information.
· Ensure that equipment is properly sized, available, and used correctly
· Report all anomalies, incidents, and accidents related to safety, security, hazardous materials, etc., and participate in root cause analysis,
• Very good knowledge of production requirements
• Ability to assess risks in the event of production contingencies
• Ability to optimize work organization and processes
• Good knowledge of administrative and financial management
• Proficiency in CAPM (computer-aided production management) software.
