Your mission

H REINIER Carquefou, an agency specializing in train cleaning, is seeking an administrative intern (M/F).

Over a period validated together, your mission will be to assist our Administrative Assistant in her daily tasks:

HR/Payroll: see the tool (HR Access), entering employment contracts, variable pay components...

Filing, archiving and digitizing personnel files

Updating monitoring tables

Invoicing: supplier invoicing entries

Other assignments may be entrusted to you as required.
