Job Opening: Cleaning Team Leader for Saint-Malo Stopovers (M/F) – Permanent Contract

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Site Manager, you are responsible for organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of cleaning services during ferry stopovers.

Your main tasks:

Organize work and assign tasks to cleaning staff
Prepare supplies for each stop
Supervise and monitor the quality of services
Participate in cleaning operations (hands-on role – approximately 75% field work)
Manage inventory of supplies
Track time sheets and sign-in sheets
Ensure compliance with specifications
Maintain daily communication with the client
Participate in the recruitment of cleaning staff

Work Organization

35 hours/week – 1 port call per day
7:45 AM: Office
8:15 AM: Work on the ferry (approx. 2 hours)
10:30 AM: Preparation for next port call, scheduling, equipment
Schedules may vary depending on ship schedules

Your assets

Your profile

Vocational Diploma in Hygiene/Cleaning or significant experience in the cleaning industry
Previous experience in management or supervisory roles is a plus
Comfortable with computers (scheduling, time tracking, etc.)
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service
You enjoy working on-site and as part of a team
We will consider all motivated candidates with on-site and supervisory experience.

Days off

April–June: Wednesdays
July–August: One weekday (to be determined)
September–October: Wednesdays
November–March: Wednesdays and Sundays
