The Site Manager oversees the management and operation of a site in accordance with the specifications and in compliance with the rules and procedures in force. He/she acts as the direct interface with the customer
Operations
o Organize the site in accordance with the specifications (human resources, equipment, etc.)
o Ensure and monitor the proper application of services
o Ensure compliance with QSE procedures and operating methods
o Carry out quality controls
o Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions, and operating methods are followed, and that PPE is used
o Analyze site activity data and implement continuous improvement actions
o Ensure staff training: qualifications and skills to perform the services
o Report weekly check-ins and forward them to your supervisor
Management
o Supervise the site team: team leaders and operating agents
o Welcome and integrate new employees if necessary
o Listen tostaff to anticipate problems and find solutions
o Ensure a positive working environment
Equipment management and maintenance
o Manage stocks of products, equipment, and PPE, as well as their distribution
o Ensure that the equipment and materials used are in good working order and that periodic checks have been carried out
o Ensure that cleaning machines are properly maintained
Customer relations
