Onet Services Propreté et Services Santé in Metz is recruiting a Cleaning Team Leader (M/F).
You will play a key role in organizing and supervising cleaning services, ensuring quality of service, compliance with hygiene protocols, and customer satisfaction.
Acting as a liaison between the operational teams and the Area Manager, you help maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment for users.
This strategic position requires rigor, organizational skills, leadership, and a sense of service.
Reporting to the Area Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, organize tasks, and ensure that services run smoothly.
- Plan and coordinate interventions according to customer requirements and site constraints.
- Train and support staff in cleaning techniques and hygiene protocols (including bio-cleaning).
- Check the quality of the services provided and implement corrective measures if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules and internal procedures.
- Manage stocks of equipment and consumables, organize their replenishment, and ensure that equipment is in good condition.
- Use and supervise the use of professional equipment (single-brush machines, scrubber-dryers, industrial vacuum cleaners, window cleaning equipment).
- Participate in specific cleaning services on an ad hoc basis (refurbishment, stripping, injection/extraction, window cleaning).
- Liaise with the customer on site, respond to requests, and manage emergencies.
- Perform administrative monitoring of activities (time sheets, reporting, service monitoring).
- Track consumables, manage inventory, and handle supply requests.
