Job Opening: Experienced Management Controller (M/F), Permanent Position, Drôme (26)

The position requires a true business partner who can support operational teams in their decision-making while ensuring strict adherence to management control rules and standards.

Reporting to the Manager of Management Control, you will serve as a true partner to the operational teams and play an active role in steering the site’s financial performance.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Develop and improve the reliability of operational monitoring of business activities. Prepare monthly financial reports and consolidate results,

- Performance analyses: analyze the discrepancies between actual results and forecasts

- Propose solutions for controlling contract/project costs,

- Periodically monitor the business's overhead costs and analyze any deviations,

- Prepare budget revisions,

-Help operational staff understand their financial and operational metrics to promote continuous performance improvement (implementation of KPIs),

- Help prepare proposals in response to requests for proposals,

- Define and monitor an action plan to bring accounts receivable under control and reduce DSO

- Oversee all operations and supervise collections

You are a dynamic person with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize information.

In an environment where management tools are constantly changing and evolving, you will need to demonstrate independence, agility, and a strong ability to adapt.

You must be able to take ownership of new processes, contribute to the continuous improvement of practices, and support teams in managing change.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

You hold a master’s degree in economics, management accounting, or finance, and you have had the opportunity to apply your skills in a previous, similar role in auditing or management accounting within the manufacturing or construction industries (at least 8 years of experience).
