Job offer: Management Controller M/F Permanent contract Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Within the Group Finance Department and reporting to the Director of Central Management Control, you will participate in the analysis and preparation of the company's analytical reporting. You will play an active role and contribute ideas in the definition and implementation of performance indicators and management tools.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Monitor and analyze the overhead costs of the group's headquarters
Participate in the development of management procedures and their application in the context of closings
Coordinate monthly closings: schedule management, anomalies in conjunction with the Information Systems Department, spot checks of manual entries, etc.
Contribute to defining budget construction procedures, provide the methodology and tools for developing forecasts to operational staff
Verify the integrity of data and flows as part of monthly closing procedures
Monitor and test new features
Participate in the group's monthly reporting: cross-functional analyses, data verification, and consolidation
Participate in the production of management reports and analyses requested by senior management and operational departments in connection with business management control.
Manage the functional administration of the group's analytical reporting tool and various management tools (reporting tools, dashboards, controls, indicators, etc.).
Train functional contacts on the group's decision-making tools

Your assets

You have a master's degree in finance or management control and at least three years' experience in similar roles, acquired in demanding environments.

You are known for your adaptability, rigor, and excellent analytical and synthesis skills. Independent, proactive, and full of ideas, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of management processes and the overall performance of the group.

In addition, your interpersonal skills, your enjoyment of teamwork, and your communication skills are essential assets for success in this position.

Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel, are required. Knowledge of the Oracle environment (ERP & EPM) would be an advantage.
