Your mission

We are recruiting for our EHPL Specialty (Events - Hotels & Leisure Parks) a :

Sales Manager F/H.

Reporting to the Specialty Manager (member of the EHPL Specialty Board), you will manage your team's sales activity and ensure the development of sales within your scope.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Steering the business development strategy :

  • Define and implement the sales strategy for your area in collaboration with the waste management sales department and regional managers
  • Lead, coordinate and organize sales activities by defining the actions to be implemented
  • Set objectives, analyze performance indicators and define action plans
  • Identify development opportunities and deploy an offensive prospecting approach
  • Participate in prospecting for new customers and promote portfolio diversification
  • Pursue regional business development initiated by major national accounts
  • Carry out market research in conjunction with the BU Cleaning and Services Marketing Department to support sales strategy and prospecting.

Represent the Onet Group:

  • Represent Onet at industry events and promote the Group's image
  • Manage responses to offensive and defensive invitations to tender and present them to customers and prospects
  • Make regular visits to customers and prospects in order to establish lasting relationships and build loyalty across the entire portfolio.

Controlling trade agreements :

  • Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and monitor the renewal of offers
  • Ensure strict compliance with current procedures
  • Managing a team (2 people) : 
  • Manage and federate a two-person team in the Design Office and ensure skills development
  • You will play an active role in sales and teamwork throughout the Onet environment (other cleaning specialties, but also other trades).
Your assets

With a BAC+5 qualification, you have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position, acquired in the BtoB services sector (events/hospitality). Ideally, you have already worked in the cleaning sector.

Customer relationship management and business development hold no secrets for you. As a networker, you are able to feed back information from the field and pass it on with a view to generating business. Preferably, you are familiar with local decision-makers and principals, and are able to build strong, lasting relationships. 

As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams. You are recognized for your leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and sense of team spirit. 

In addition, you stand out for your rigor, adaptability and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
