Contribute to the company's strategy and implement it within the agency
Oversee the economic and managerial objectives specific to the agency and its teams
Manage and lead a team of more than XXX employees
Lead sales efforts within your territory, driving new customer acquisition and expanding the business development initiatives launched by national key accounts
Effectively manage the human resources and other resources required to fulfill installation and maintenance contracts, with a focus on customer satisfaction and control of costs and deadlines
Help maintain a positive work environment and foster constructive dialogue with employee representative bodies and external institutions
Enforce the QHSE policies and procedures established by the company
Develop synergies with the rest of the company by demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and solidarity

Your assets

You hold a college degree and have at least 10 years of experience managing a profit center related to technical activities and project execution, ideally gained in the electronic security industry.

As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams. You have excellent commercial skills and are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition, you stand out for your rigor, adaptability and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
