👉 Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the Site Manager or Team Leader, you will work on :

- Preparing work areas (flooring, surfaces to be painted: degreasing, tracing, masking) and products to be sprayed (references, quantities, shades, mixtures, viscosity),
- Safely applying PR sealant, paint, and waterproofing, in compliance with quality criteria, deadlines, and instructions,
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives (5S workshop, RSD, etc.),
- Reporting any hazards or issues to your hierarchy.

👉 Desired Profile:

First successful experience in painting, acquired during professional experience, or beginner profile with training in industrial or aeronautical painting.

Rigorous, meticulous, and quality-oriented
Team spirit and willingness to make a long-term commitment
