Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will optimize the quality of execution of our commercial commitments and the profitability of our operations, while respecting the rules and procedures in force within the company, with a view to continuous improvement and development.
It involves managing and supervising customer accounts within a dedicated geographical area, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
The activity includes both operational management and purely administrative or analytical tasks.
In this capacity, your various missions revolve around 4 axes:
- Business organization
- define operational strategy
- lead and monitor Quality policy
- manage Safety
- supervise purchasing, orders, customer invoicing...
- Operational management
- recruit, lead, mobilize and coordinate teams
- monitor the integration of new employees
- conduct professional interviews and appraisals
- approve employment contracts and amendments
- manage disciplinary files
- Customer relations
- maintain a regular relationship with customer contacts
- actively participate in various contract reviews
- implement loyalty actions
- identify and exploit development opportunities
- Management
- take part in drawing up the budget in compliance with guidelines, and monitor and control its implementation
- analyze key indicators in order to draw up progress plans
fill in dashboards and ensure reporting
Trained to degree level (Bac +4/Bac+5), you have proven experience in customer portfolio management and team management, ideally acquired in the service sector.
You have excellent interpersonal and listening skills, and are able to put forward suggestions to your customers and teams to improve service quality and resolve any problems that may arise.
A good communicator with a strong team spirit, you have demonstrated your leadership skills as an operational manager.
You have a sound knowledge of labor law as well as financial management and analysis.
You have a good command of IT tools. Regular travel is required in the Limousin/Centre Val de Loire region.
