Your mission

Onet is recruiting a Human Resources Manager for its Onet Logistique business unit.

 

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will be in charge of Onet's BU dedicated to in-situ logistics (more than 2,000 employees nationwide), where you will implement and manage the HR strategy in line with the guidelines defined by the Group and the BU's General Management. As HR Business Partner and working closely with the General Manager, you will ensure consistency between HR policies and the major challenges facing the business, and will be responsible for social dialogue within your entity.

 

As such, your main tasks are as follows:

  • Implement the Group's HR and social strategy within your scope, in line with the strategic priorities of your entity's management.
  • Co-construct and validate the roadmap of the teams under your responsibility
  • Drive HR projects, support and sponsor teams in their implementation
  • Manage HR performance on the basis of indicators reported by departments 
  • Represent HR issues within your entity's governance bodies
  • Manage the department's budget and resource allocation
  • Gather business needs and co-construct specific processes and action plans in support of local business and strategic plans.
  • Draw up and manage recruitment, development, training and staff retention programmes and the GEPP, in conjunction with Group teams
  • Implementing the Group's policy and objectives in terms of health and safety in the workplace 
  • Manage the payroll budget in conjunction with the management control department
  • Manage social dialogue and implement the communication and negotiation strategy with social partners
  • Define the social calendar and supervise the organization and preparation of negotiations with HR and operational teams.
  • Conducting negotiations with the CSE/CSEC
  • Manage the development and implementation of labor agreements with the support of the Group
  • Manage relations with your entity's professional branches
  • Support business units in organizational changes; co-construct action plans to develop managerial culture and employee skills
  • Participate in events, meetings, conferences and/or training courses, maintain professional network
Your assets

With a degree in Human Resources, Social Law, Labor Psychology or equivalent, you have at least 15 years' experience in HR, including 7 years in a HRD position.

 

You are accustomed to working in constrained environments with high staff density and in fast-growing activities in the service sector.

 

You have developed expertise in labor law and industrial relations, and have a strong ability to manage transformations and support change.

 

Your communication and leadership skills are recognized, and you have demonstrated your ability to work as part of a team and unite people around common projects.
