Reporting to the Group HR Department, you will be responsible for Onet's BU dedicated to cleaning and services (more than 55,000 employees nationwide and €1.3 billion in revenue). As a member of the BU's Executive Committee, you will embody, implement, and steer HR strategy in line with the guidelines defined by the Group and the BU's senior management. As an HR Business Partner working closely with the CEO, you will ensure consistency between HR policies and key business issues, and lead social dialogue within your entity.
As such, your main tasks are as follows:
Implement the group's HR and social strategy within your scope, in line with the strategic priorities of your entity's management.
Co-develop and validate the roadmap for the teams under your responsibility:
- Social relationships
- HR development and training
- Recruitment and mobility
- Regional HR
Drive HR projects/initiatives, support and sponsor teams in their implementation
Participate in discussions on the evolution of the management model for our cleaning services and the human development programs to be implemented in this context.
Anticipate the human and social impacts of organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, etc.)
Manage HR performance based on indicators reported by management
Represent HR issues within your entity's governance bodies
Manage the budget and resource allocation for the department
Gather business requirements and jointly develop specific processes and action plans to support local activities and strategic plans.
Develop and manage recruitment, development, training, and staff retention programs, as well as the GEPP, in collaboration with group teams.
Outline the group's policy and objectives in terms of occupational health and safety
Manage the payroll budget in conjunction with the management control department.
Leading social dialogue, implementing the communication and negotiation strategy with social partners
Define the social calendar and oversee the organization and preparation of negotiations with HR and operational teams.
Conduct negotiations with the CSE/CSEC
Oversee the development and implementation of social agreements with the support of the group
Foster relationships with your entity's professional branches
Support business departments in organizational changes; jointly develop action plans aimed at developing managerial culture and employee skills.
Participate in events, meetings, conferences, and/or training sessions, maintain your professional network
With a degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Occupational Psychology, Business School, University, or equivalent, you have at least 20 years of experience in HR, including 7 years in a senior HR position within a multi-company, multi-site environment.
You are accustomed to working in demanding environments with high staff density and in rapidly developing activities in the service sector.
You have proven experience in business transformation and change management (digital organization, etc.).
You are developing expertise in labor law and social relations, and have strong skills in managing transformations and supporting change.
Your communication and leadership skills are recognized, and you have demonstrated your ability to work in a team and rally others around common projects.
Your English is fluent.
