Job Opening: Provincial Operations Manager (M/F) – Permanent Position

Based in Roissy-en-France (Marseille, Lyon, or Toulouse), you will report to the Chief Executive Officer, who is a member of the business unit’s Executive Committee and oversees all regional stops.

You are responsible for driving the operational, financial, and commercial performance of your area of responsibility. You lead and coordinate the entire network, working closely with your deputy, the station managers, and the business unit’s support functions. You ensure that performance and profitability targets are met, that budgets and contractual commitments are adhered to, and that practices and processes are standardized and continuously improved.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

In collaboration with senior management, define the operational strategy and implement it across all locations.
Lead and manage five station managers, with the support of your assistant, and ensure the performance of each site.
Manage economic performance, monitor budgets, and improve the profitability of stopovers.
Optimize processes, standardize practices, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Anticipate resource and skill needs, support organizational changes, and ensure the development of teams.
Manage contractual and business relationships; contribute to the development and renewal of contracts, as well as to responses to requests for proposals.
Define and analyze overall KPIs and those specific to each stopover, identify performance gaps, and oversee the associated action plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality and safety standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Your assets

You hold an engineering degree or equivalent and have significant experience managing multi-site operations, ideally gained in the manufacturing, airport, logistics, or B2B services sectors in the broadest sense.

Performance-oriented, you demonstrate true strategic vision and know how to lead large-scale continuous improvement projects. You are proficient in performance management tools (KPIs and dashboards) and base your decisions on reliable data analysis.

With recognized leadership and managerial skills, you are able to mobilize cross-functional teams around common goals, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction. You also stand out for your interpersonal skills and your ability to interact effectively with a variety of people (customers, operational teams, management, etc.).
