We are hiring for our XXX Regional Office:
Regional Operations Manager (M/F)
Reporting to the Regional Director, your responsibilities include the following:
Lead and manage operations teams:
- You translate strategic objectives into operational action plans.
- You build buy-in, foster understanding of decisions, and foster a shared sense of commitment.
- You determine how resources are organized and allocated.
- You help optimize, standardize, and formalize work processes to ensure service quality.
- You ensure that the required work procedures are followed and that applicable regulations are complied with.
- You will help monitor the Safety Action Plans to reduce workplace accidents.
Ensuring performance:
- You will help set and monitor the "Agency" performance goals for each unit in the region.
- You implement initiatives—based on the results analyzed by each agency—to increase profitability and ensure they are carried out.
- You will assist branch managers in developing plans (budgets, business plans, performance metrics) and setting priorities.
- You are responsible for managing current and future investments.
- You will contribute to the operations function by proposing processes and methods and seeking to implement innovative solutions.
Be responsible for the company's image:
- You are responsible for ensuring that commitments made to customers are fulfilled.
- You ensure consistent service quality to maximize customer satisfaction.
- You will organize and conduct visits with select potential clients to foster strong relationships.
- You monitor performance metrics and help approve sales proposals.
You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) from a business school, engineering school, or similar institution, and have at least 10 years of experience in profit center management within the service industry.
As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams. You are recognized for your leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and sense of team spirit.
In addition, you stand out for your rigor, adaptability and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
