Job Opening: Group Digital Director (M/F), Permanent Position, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

ONET is looking to embark on a new phase of its development, with the goal of making digital technology, data, and AI key drivers of differentiation, performance, and growth. As a member of the Executive Committee (COMEX) reporting to the Chief Information Officer ( Chairman of the Board Onet), you will define and lead the Group’s digital and technology strategy. Your mission is to orchestrate the convergence of digital, IT, data, AI, customer experience, and operational efficiency to accelerate the transformation of business lines and sustainably strengthen the Group’s competitiveness. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of investments and strategic initiatives with a strong focus on return on investment, value creation, and tangible results for customers, employees, and all stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and drive the Group’s digital and technology strategy
· Define the digital and technology vision and roadmap for the Group and its international subsidiaries in alignment with strategic ambitions and business priorities
· Identify value creation opportunities related to emerging technologies, data, artificial intelligence, and automation
· Build and manage a portfolio of prioritized initiatives, with a strong focus on ROI and operational impact
· Advise the Executive Committee (COMEX) and the General Management teams of the various Business Units on technological direction and key strategic decisions
· Take responsibility for the Group’s digital and technological investments, ensuring they contribute to value creation and sustainable performance

Accelerate business transformation and value creation
· Support business units in transforming their processes, operating models, and service offerings
· Identify, design, and deploy new drivers of value creation, operational efficiency, and differentiation through digital technology, data, and AI
· Implement a pragmatic approach to data and AI, focused on use cases, adoption, and business results
· Lead the Group’s most strategic transformation programs by ensuring their adoption and scaling
· Define and lead the change management strategy to foster the adoption of digital transformations

Lead and implement the Group’s digital, data, and IT ecosystem
· Ensure that technology investments and priorities directly contribute to the Group’s strategic, operational, and growth objectives
· Ensure the consistency and convergence of digital, data, AI, and IT initiatives by aligning the priorities of business units, support functions, and operational entities around a common roadmap

· Develop a shared culture focused on impact, value creation, and continuous improvement

Your assets

· At least 15 years of experience in digital leadership, transformation, data, or IT roles within complex, multi-site, and international organizations

· Ability to define a vision, chart a course, and lead large-scale transformations

· Significant experience leading complex transformations at the intersection of business, operational, and technological challenges

· Strong business focus, value creation, and operational performance

· Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and engaging high-level stakeholders.

· Ability to thrive in changing environments that require both strategic vision and operational excellence

· Unifying leadership capable of influencing, engaging, and building a sustainable momentum for transformation across the Group

· Ability to question the status quo and contribute to the improvement of processes and work methods

· Strong commitment to service, excellent ability to collaborate, and a deep understanding of business environments and challenges

· Fluent in English
