You will lead business development in a strategic region, develop strategies to expand into new markets, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Reporting to the Regional Executive Director and functionally to the National Development Department, you will implement the sales strategy of the Onet Cleaning and Associated Services Business Unit Onet Cleaning and Associated Services your territory (Normandy – Hauts-de-France). You will lead the regional sales teams in collaboration with the Regional Directors.
You have proven experience in B2B business development, ideally in a multi-site, service-oriented environment. You lead teams, develop a strategy for winning new business, negotiate with high-level contacts, and work in a matrix organization. Leadership, a results-oriented mindset, a customer-first approach, and the ability to bring people together will be essential for success.
