You will lead the industrial operational performance of a strategic national division, establish standards of excellence, and support organizational transformation. Join the Cleaning & Services Business Unit and contribute directly to profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and the strength of our operational model.

Reporting to the Regional Executive Director, you will coordinate and optimize industrial operations throughout the country. You will ensure the quality of execution, safety, economic performance, and consistency of action plans in collaboration with regional divisions, sites, industrial branches, and support functions.

Your main tasks

Define and implement the industrial operations strategy in line with the priorities of the region and the business unit.
Manage the performance of industrial sites and agencies through key performance indicators, activity reviews, and improvement plans.
Ensure service quality, security, service continuity, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Develop and implement operational standards, continuous improvement initiatives, and productivity plans.
Lead operational teams, help them develop their skills, and support organizational transformations.
Contribute to the profitable growth of the industrial business by supporting the operational, sales, and support departments.

Your assets

With a degree from an engineering school, business school, or a master’s program in industrial management, operations, performance, or transformation, you have proven experience managing multi-site industrial operations, ideally in a demanding service environment. You know how to oversee large operations, manage remotely, develop performance plans, and lead transformation initiatives. Leadership, strategic vision, a results-oriented mindset, a hands-on approach, and the ability to bring people together will be essential for success.
