Job Opening: Director of Performance and Innovation (M/F), Permanent Position, Val d'Oise (95)

Based in Roissy-en-France (or Marseille), you will report to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as a member of the business unit’s Executive Committee. You will be responsible for steering overall performance and supporting the transformation of Onet Logistique & Production.

Leading a team of about 20 employees, you will organize and oversee strategic cross-functional areas to ensure sustainable financial and operational performance. You will ensure reliable business management through the effective and secure use of data, while maintaining efficient work environments. You will also help accelerate digital transformation and foster innovation.

In this role, your main responsibilities are as follows:

Defining and Managing Overall Performance:

Define and implement the business unit's performance strategy.
Structure and refine management systems (KPIs, dashboards, reporting).
Work closely with Management Accounting and the Finance Department to ensure that results are kept under control.
Lead performance management efforts within the Executive Committee.

Direct management of the operational excellence and data teams:

Structure and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and implement strategies to optimize productivity and quality.
Lead improvement initiatives at the business unit level.
Leverage and secure data.

Leading the Innovation and Digital Transformation Team:

Define and implement the business unit's digital and innovation roadmap.
Lead high-impact transformation projects (automation, AI, business tools, etc.).
Ensure the industrialization and adoption of solutions within organizations.

Supervision of the General Support Team:

Define the strategic direction and priorities of the general services.
Optimize costs, infrastructure, and service quality while incorporating sustainability considerations.

Your assets

You hold a master’s degree (from an engineering or business school or equivalent) and have at least 10 years of experience in performance management and transformation, ideally gained in the logistics or manufacturing sectors.

You have recognized expertise in operational and financial performance, operational excellence, digital transformation, and data-driven management. With a systemic view of organizations, you know how to design and lead complex transformations with a strong focus on results.

As an experienced manager, you provide direction and foster a sense of teamwork. You know how to rally people around strategic projects and support employees as the organization evolves.

Recognized for your leadership and your ability to bring together executive teams, you demonstrate thoroughness, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make decisions in complex environments
