Job Opening: Regional Director of Quality, Safety, and Environment / Specialty (M/F) - Permanent Position

You foster a rigorous safety culture, strengthen risk management, and contribute to operational excellence within a strategic scope. Join a key role dedicated to driving sustainable business performance.

You will lead the implementation of the QSE policy within your area of responsibility. You will coordinate the QSE function, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and support the operational departments in their improvement plans.

Implement the Business Unit’s QSE policy and ensure its consistent application across the organization.
Oversee audits, metrics, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strengthen the health and safety culture and prevent workplace hazards.
Ensure that operations comply with regulations, standards, and documentation requirements.
Support operational staff in projects, requests for proposals, and transformations involving QSE issues.
Lead, coordinate, and enhance the professionalism of the QSE division within the area or specialty.

Your assets

You have solid experience in QSE management, ideally in a multi-site, operational, or service-oriented environment. You have a thorough understanding of the challenges related to prevention, compliance, certifications, and continuous improvement. Your leadership, your ability to engage teams, and your practical, hands-on approach will be key.

The position requires regular travel to various regions and may be based in one of the major cities in the area (East/Southeast).
