For one of our hotel clients based in Lyon Part Dieu, we have several positions available for Chambermaids / Valets:
Reporting to the Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's rooms.
Your tasks will include :
- Prepare your equipment and products, then put them away once you've finished your work
- Replenish and organize your cart
- Assess the condition of the room and air it out
- Make up beds (remove dirty linen)
- Empty waste garbage cans, collect garbage and room service items
- Pre-treat the bathroom (allow products to take effect as recommended)
- Dusting surfaces
- Clean bathroom/sanitary area floor and restock supplies and towels
- Vacuum and maintain room floors
- Self-inspect rooms after cleaning
- Report any problems (damage to the room, water leaks, missing items, burnt-out light bulbs, etc.).
- Follow safety instructions and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Use cleaning products in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheets.
Your strengths :
- If you are motivated and committed, you already possess significant assets for this position.
- You are adept at listening to and following instructions, and you are also capable of taking initiative.
- You are meticulous and value teamwork
You are discreet and demonstrate thoroughness.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but all applications will be considered.
