At the heart of our IDF Regional Division, you will occupy a strategic position with a dual role in Payroll and Administration, where rigor, organization and a sense of service will make all the difference.
Your day-to-day tasks
HR & Payroll (50% of your time)
Collect and check variable payroll data (absences, time-clocks, overtime, receipts, etc.).)
Verify the reliability of clockings and integrate them into our payroll software
Participate in on-site payroll hotlines
Complete hiring declarations (DUE) and check that files are complete before contracts are drawn up
Check temporary work invoices twice a week with operations
Monitor medical check-ups and send invitations to employees
Organize training follow-up (CACES, gestures & postures, SST...) and manage the associated logistics
Participate in the organization of jobdatings and ensure the preparation of files for successful candidates.
Administrative tasks
Act as a link between site operations and the facility
Enter expense reports, manage supplier orders and track consumables
Centralize and summarize information (files, graphs, tables, reports, etc.)
Participate in operations meetings to understand the business and its challenges.

Your profile
You are organized, versatile and have a sense of priorities
Minimum 2 years' higher education in payroll, HR, administrative management or SME/SMI management
Proficiency in office automation tools, payroll software packages, and good knowledge of labor law
Adaptability, thoroughness, professionalism and a sense of service are your strengths.
