Job Opening: Fleet Manager (M/F), Permanent Position, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Based at the corporate headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Procurement Department, your main responsibilities are as follows:

Fleet Management (Headquarters and Branches)

Manage the vehicle fleet in coordination with branch representatives.
Co-facilitate the park's monthly reviews with fleet managers.
Provide support to drivers and follow up on incidents.

Quotation Requests (Comex Vehicles and Special-Purpose Utility Vehicles)

Analyze the needs of applicants and define the specifications.
Recommend the most suitable vehicles and track deliveries.
Check out rental companies and compare quotes.

Administrative and Financial Management

Track the performance metrics of your vehicle fleet.
Manage long-term lease agreements, maintenance contracts, and fuel/energy card agreements.
Review supplier invoices and track CEE bonuses.
Serve as the liaison between the Group's support functions and the fleet.

Operational Monitoring and Performance

Ensure the reliability of the vehicle fleet data.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding safety, insurance, and taxation.
Help reduce the fleet's environmental footprint.

Your assets

You hold a two-year post-secondary degree in logistics, management, procurement, transportation, or automotive studies, and have at least two years of experience in vehicle fleet management, ideally gained in a multi-site environment.

You have a good understanding of the automotive market and long-term leases (LTL). You are proficient in office software, particularly Excel, as well as fleet management software (ideally Phoenix or GAC). You are comfortable analyzing costs and tracking performance metrics.

Known for your attention to detail and organizational skills, you are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing your work. You are self-reliant and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to customer service, enabling you to interact effectively with a wide range of people.
