Onet Logistics & Production is seeking a Technical Warehouse Logistics Agent (M/F) to work on a project for a client in the industrial and nuclear sectors.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities are:
WMS (GEMO) System Management:
- Ensure that data is entered, updated, and accurate in the system
- Create and manage items (SKUs, identification, locations)
- Ensure consistency between physical and electronic inventory
Logistics Management:
- Record and track the receipt and return of equipment
- Oversee the flow of goods between the main store and the COUT stores
- Ensure that equipment is properly allocated to job sites
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger restocking
Improving inventory reliability:
- Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
- Participate in inventory counts and analyze the results
- Implement and monitor corrective actions
- Prepare variance analyses for management
Tracking and traceability:
- Ensure full traceability of equipment
- Track loans, returns, and issues
- Track sensitive or regulated equipment
- Coordinate inspections with accredited external organizations
- Manage the archiving of compliance documents
- Prepare requests for disposal and follow up on them
Support for operational teams:
- Assist store teams in using the WMS
- Address issues related to data flows or system anomalies
- Help improve on-site practices
Reporting and Performance Monitoring ::
- Generate and monitor logistics metrics (inventory reliability, discrepancies, turnover, etc.)
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Issue an alert in the event of a deviation or anomaly
Continuous improvement :
- Propose improvements to logistics processes
- Help implement new procedures
- Take the initiative in proposing ideas regarding the use and development of the WMS
Your role in the service:
You are responsible for ensuring the reliability of logistics data and the smooth operation of the WMS, while maintaining traceability, compliance, and the efficiency of material flows in a demanding nuclear environment.
- You are known for your attention to detail and analytical skills
- You are proficient in IT tools and WMS systems (GEMO² or equivalent)
- You have a good understanding of logistics processes
- You are able to quickly identify and correct issues
- Do you have a knack for teaching and enjoy working in a team
? Experience in an industrial or nuclear environment is a plus
