Job Opening: Housekeeper / Team Leader – Fixed-Term Contract (M/F) in Bas-Rhin (67)

Organize and assign tasks to the housekeeping staff.
Check the cleanliness and compliance of the rooms and common areas on a daily basis.
Check that the rooms are prepared in accordance with the hotel's quality standards.
Conduct quality checks and report any issues.
Track room status: check-outs, room make-ups, priority rooms, rooms undergoing maintenance, etc.
Train and guide new employees on cleaning methods and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and internal procedures.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other consumables needed for operations.
Communicate with the front desk and various hotel staff members to ensure effective coordination.
Report any technical issues or damage found in the rooms.
Help out with room cleaning from time to time when needed.
Ensure that team members adhere to the schedule, dress appropriately for the workplace, and follow the team's operating rules.
Provide regular reports to your manager.
