Customer Service and Relations
Provide exceptional in-person and telephone customer service to clients, visitors, and partners
Embody the client's image and excellence
Support customers with discretion and attention to detail
Anticipate needs and ensure a seamless, personalized experience for an international clientele.
Respond to emails (French/English)
Ensure that reception areas and meeting rooms are always clean and well-maintained.
Ensure that the spaces are properly prepared before each reservation

Your assets

You are thorough, and your commitment to customer service is well established. Politeness and a proactive attitude come naturally to you.

You have an excellent professional demeanor and impeccable interpersonal skills; you are organized, thorough, and discreet.

You are bilingual in English (written, read, and spoken) and are proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a front desk clerk in the hospitality industry would be a plus, but it is your talent and motivation above all that will make the difference.
