As part of the Onet Accueil branch in BRON, you will be working at the site of our internationally renowned client.
In this context, your main tasks are as follows:
On-site reception for visitors and employees
Telephone reception
Badge management (creation and issuance of badges)
Scheduling appointments
English/French mailings
Mail and package management (processing incoming and outgoing mail)
Performing various administrative tasks
Meeting room management
Fleet and parking management
Inventory management (office supplies, badges, logbook)
Hours:
Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Permanent Contract, 39 Hours/Week
You are rigorous and have a proven sense of service. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.
You have a good command of English and French (written, read, and spoken) and are proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
