Reporting to theONET Accueil agency in Saint Martin Du Vivier (76), you will join one of our customers' sites in SAINT QUENTIN LA MOTTE CROIX AU BAILLY as a receptionist. Position to be filled on a CDI FULL TIME 35H/WEEK (excluding weekends and public holidays). Starting November 10, 2025

Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm (excluding public holidays)
These schedules are fixed according to replacement needs.
In this context, your main tasks are as follows:
- Apply and enforce the provisions of the Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and/or Energy Management System.
- Welcome, receive, register and direct visitors and customers.
- General services activities
- Receive, identify and direct visitors, customers and/or telephone calls
- Manage the distribution of workwear and be responsible for following up complaints with the supplier, with the support of the purchasing team if necessary.
- Manage the follow-up of general service suppliers, for example: refrigerators for catering rooms, checkrooms, rest rooms, fountains, green spaces, waste, badges....
- Ensure the implementation of prevention plans for general service staff
- Support the organization of events inside and outside the plant with the help of department heads or the executive assistant.
- Book vehicles and accommodation for staff on business trips.
- Be in charge of providing electrical terminals.
- Reserve meal trays and meeting rooms, ensure their availability and return.
- Prepare the arrival of a customer (badge, reception, meeting room, flags) on the basis of the schedule shared with the quality department.
- Ensures internal mail dispatch and distribution
Handles service requests and follow-up at 1st level administrative building via ultimo - Create, manage, monitor and archive files on unpaid trainees
- Make requests to take charge of files and / or DA for general services (such as supplies ...) including training
- Support internal communications
- Handle various administrative tasks (including job descriptions, staff directory, typing negative responses to applicants, providing support to various departments)
- Comply with safety and environmental instructions and wear PPE appropriate to the workstation
- GMP compliance
- Keep your workplace clean and tidy
- Selective sorting of waste and rational use of energy
- Report any incident/accident or HSE problem encountered to his/her manager and suggest improvements
- Ensure a trained and operational back-up within two hours in the event of absence of the assistant in place
