Offer description

Your mission

As part of the Onet Accueil Bron office, you will be assigned to one of our clients' sites.

 

 In this capacity, your missions are as follows:

  • Physical reception of visitors and employees on site,
  • Telephone answering service,
  • Badge management (creation and issuance of badges),
  • Mailings,
  • Management of meeting and training room reservations
  • Various administrative tasks,
  • Fleet management/parking,
  • Inventory management (office supplies, badges, handrails).
Your assets

You have a sense of service and rigor. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

 

You have excellent elocution and writing skills.

 

You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

 

Experience as a host or hostess in a similar position would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
