Your mission

As part of the Onet Accueil office in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier, you will be working at one of our clients' sites in Beuvry-la-Forêt

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

In-person reception
Telephone reception
Parking Access Management
Site Access Management / Badges
Mailings
Performing various administrative tasks
Reporting

Training dates for the position: April 22–24

Replacement dates: May 4, 2026, through May 22

Your assets

Your rigor and your sense of service need no further demonstration. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
