As part of the Onet Accueil branch in SAINT MARTIN DU VIVIER, you will be working at one of our clients’ sites in LAVAL.
In this context, your main tasks are as follows:
The schedule is as follows:
Training session scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, May 13. (Time to be determined based on your availability)
Rescheduled date: Friday, May 15.
Mondays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Lactalis Touches site
Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Touches site, then from 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Lactalis Beck site
Thursdays from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Beck site
Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Touches site
Class B driver's license required as travel between both sites is expected

Your rigor and your sense of service need no further demonstration. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.
You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
