Job offer: Event Host/Hostess M/F Fixed-term contract Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

As part of short-term assignments under fixed-term contracts, you will work at large-scale events where your customer service skills and friendly demeanor will make all the difference.

Your responsibilities: As a true ambassador for the event, you will be responsible for:

- Greet, inform, direct, and assist guests and/or the public
- Provide a high-quality, formal reception
- Manage arrivals: sign-in sheets, badge distribution, access control
- Manage coat check areas with organization and courtesy
- Assist with the management of rooms and lecture halls: preparation, seating guests, passing microphones…
- Distribute promotional items, gifts, or prizes
- Assist with street marketing activities
