Your Responsibilities:

1 Head Host/Hostess

• 6 Reception Staff, whose main responsibilities would be:
2 reception staff: welcoming and directing guests
2 reception staff: accompanying guests throughout the evening
(cocktail hour, photo op, dinner hall, etc.);
2 reception staff: oversee guest sign-in with a representative from your NGO;
assist with fundraising by managing payment terminals (TPE),
sell raffle tickets, and process on-
donations.

Proficiency in English and French

Experience in a similar position would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
