Job Opening: Occupational Health Nurse (M/F), Fixed-Term Contract, Val d'Oise (95)

As part of our growth, we are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to strengthen our medical team and contribute to the well-being and occupational risk prevention of our employees working at the Roissy CDG airport complex.

Reporting to the Occupational Health and Safety Department, your responsibilities will include:

Monitor employees' health on an individual basis.
Conduct nursing interviews as part of occupational health follow-up.
Help identify and prevent workplace hazards.
Implement initiatives to raise awareness and promote health (musculoskeletal disorders, psychosocial risks, addictions, sleep, nutrition, etc.).
Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
Work closely with the occupational health physician, HR teams, managers, and the various stakeholders involved in workplace safety.
Help monitor medical records and ensure the traceability of actions taken.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's health, safety, and quality of life at work policy.

Your assets

A state-issued nursing license is required.
Experience in occupational health is preferred, but applications from candidates interested in specializing in this field will also be considered.
Good listening skills, strong interpersonal skills, and impeccable confidentiality.
Independence, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Proficiency in common computer programs.
