Offer description

Your mission

Onet Technologies is a recognized player in engineering, maintenance and on-site operations for the nuclear industry. We offer our customers comprehensive solutions, from engineering studies to plant operation, manufacturing and on-site deployment.

We are 3,000 enthusiasts who have been meeting the challenges of nuclear energy for over 40 years. Onet Technologies is part of the Onet Group, a service and engineering group.

Within the Engineering and Decommissioning and Waste Services Division, you will join the design office at the SOGEVAL ICPE facility dedicated to new construction projects. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will participate in the design, oversight, and implementation of projects to upgrade and improve the facilities.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Conduct technical studies related to new construction projects.

  • Develop general and detailed plans, as well as technical documentation.

  • Design and modify equipment or facilities while taking into account technical, regulatory, and safety constraints.

  • Participate in on-site surveys and serve as the liaison between operations teams and various departments.

  • Perform or assist with design calculations and mechanical verifications.

  • Help oversee projects, from the design phase through to commissioning.

  • Ensure that technical documentation and drawings are kept up to date.
Your assets

You are a graduate of an engineering school or hold a master’s degree (Bac+5) with a focus on mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or industrial design. Junior candidates are welcome, particularly those who have completed a significant work-study program in the areas of engineering analysis, design, or construction.

Ideally, you have knowledge of mechanical engineering and industrial design; civil engineering and industrial architecture; stress analysis and structural design; and the preparation of drawings and technical documentation.

You are proficient in CAD/CAM software, particularly SolidWorks, as well as BIM tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of other design or drafting software is a plus.

You are curious, thorough, and a good team player, and you enjoy fieldwork just as much as technical studies. You are known for your analytical skills, your ability to work independently, and your organizational skills.

Joining Onet Technologies means becoming part of a committed company that supports its employees in their professional development and participates in high-value-added industrial projects serving the nuclear industry.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.

Onet has been committed to diversity and disability for many years. Onet recruits and recognizes all talents.
