Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for our Development & Managerial Support Engineer on a 6-month end-of-studies internship, who will report to the Business Manager and actively participate in steering and optimizing operational missions.

👉 Your Key Responsibilities

- Support the Activity Director in preparing documentation and creating summary sheets for decision support.

- Conduct case analyses to propose actions for implementation and monitor their execution.

Participate in the evaluation of regional directors during various projects.

- Conduct performance audits on sites within the scope and analyze observed discrepancies.

- Contribute to the development of client relationships and strategic accounts in conjunction with Key Account Managers (KAMs)

- Perform variance analyses on operating accounts and conduct deep dives into the causes of non-performance ("lost makers").

- Support regional managers in carrying out one-off interim assignments for site managers or methods engineers

Depending on your profile and skills, you may be asked to take part in innovative projects, contribute to managerial initiatives or manage profit centers in collaboration with the business manager and our field teams.

This internship involves extensive travel in Western France.

👉 Desired Profile

Final-year engineering student or university equivalent (specializing in logistics, supply chain, industrial organization or production management).

Good mind and synthesis, taste for numbers and problem solving

Autonomy, rigor and ability to interact with a variety of people (operational, customers, management)

Good command of Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, etc.)

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
