Instructional Design
• Gather and analyze training needs from subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Design multimodal training programs (in-person, distance learning, e-learning, virtual classrooms).
• Develop instructional scenarios and related materials.
• Ensure the educational quality of the content and its alignment with operational needs.

Digital Training and Digital Learning
• Design and develop digital training solutions (e-learning, microlearning, instructional videos, virtual classrooms, blended learning).
• Create or update training modules using authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, Genially, Canva, or equivalent.
• Participate in the administration and management of the LMS platform.
• Lead the digitization of training programs and contribute to improving the learner experience.
• Integrate new teaching practices and digital tools that promote learner engagement.
• Monitor innovations in digital learning and artificial intelligence applied to training.

Project Management
• Coordinate the various stakeholders involved in training projects.
• Plan and monitor the various stages of implementation.
• Ensure that deadlines and objectives are met.
• Measure the effectiveness of the measures implemented and propose areas for improvement.

Support for Business Units
• Advise and support business experts in formalizing and sharing their knowledge.
• Participate in change management during the rollout of new training programs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training offerings.

Your assets

Training • Master’s degree in Training Engineering, Educational Sciences, Human Resources, or an equivalent field.

Desired Experience
• Significant initial experience in instructional design, digital learning, or training project management.
• Experience in designing digital content would be highly valued.

Skills
• Proficiency in instructional design methods.
• Design of multimodal training programs.
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms.
• Proficiency in digital content creation tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Genially, Canva, or equivalent).
• Project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and summarization skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and an interest in educational innovation.
