We are hiring for our Provence regional office:
Regional HR Manager (M/F)
Reporting to the HR Director for the Eastern Region, your responsibilities will include the following:
HR Policy Management:
Design and oversee operations related to workforce and skills planning and performance management
Implement a career management policy
Manage and implement initiatives stemming from the training policy within their scope, in support of operational staff
Define the compensation policy for their entity, oversee the management process for performance-based pay, annual bonuses, and other incentives, and ensure their implementation in a manner that promotes internal consistency
Lead HR projects within your entity and participate in Group-wide projects
Legal and Labor Affairs:
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and effectively managing relations with employee representative bodies (IRPs)
Help define agreements and action plans with labor partners and monitor their implementation
Coordinate relations with administrative authorities, the labor inspectorate, occupational health services, etc., and monitor sensitive cases
Manage labor disputes and disciplinary proceedings
HR Consulting:
Respond to requests from operational staff in all areas of HR: labor law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, compensation, management of employee benefit plans, etc.
Management:
Work collaboratively with support teams in the region
Comply with and ensure compliance with the rules, methods, and procedures (internal to the group, legal and regulatory, and management-related) applicable to the performance of one’s duties
You have a college degree in Human Resources and/or labor law, or an equivalent qualification.
You have proven experience in multi-site HR and a proven track record in labor relations management.
Known for your interpersonal skills and commitment to service, your diplomacy, and your ability to work as part of a team, you are also an excellent listener and have a highly practical understanding of your field
