Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your main tasks will be :
Participate in the management of individual relations: drafting of correspondence, disciplinary follow-up, support on day-to-day legal issues.
Contribute to the management of collective relations: preparation of CSE meetings, updating of agreements, legal watch.
Participate in the implementation of HR projects involving legal aspects (agreements, internal policies, surveys, etc.).
Carry out regular social and legal watch.
Travel to sites to support local HR and provide legal support in the field.
Training: Bac +4/5 in human resources management, labor law, social law
Technical skills: Proficiency in office automation tools
Qualities: Excellent communication, rigor and organization, reliability, discretion, confidentiality, responsiveness, management of priorities, proactivity.
