Job Opening: Warehouse Worker (M/F), Fixed-Term Contract, Seine-et-Marne (77)

As part of a logistics project being carried out on-site at one of our clients’ warehouses in Roissy-en-Brie, Onet Logistique et Production is seeking two warehouse workers.

You will assist with the shipping of goods and help ensure the smooth flow of logistics, while ensuring compliance with operational procedures, maintaining service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As part of your duties, you will work closely with the order-fulfillment teams and help ensure the smooth flow of logistics operations.

You are responsible for opening the business and setting up the checkerboards, handling the first part of the day to prepare and organize the work that the rest of the team can build on.

Your responsibilities

Sort the customer return bins, scan them at the receiving desk, and make them available for retail order fulfillment.
Ensure that shipping operations are set up.
Sort packages and goods on a conveyor belt according to their designated destinations.
Ensure the regular handling of goods and the lifting of heavy loads.
Assemble, reassemble, and inspect pallets in accordance with current operational standards.
Wrap and secure the logistics equipment.
Scan the packages and pallets being shipped and ensure their digital traceability.
Verify that the goods comply with specifications before they are made available.
Ensure that work areas are kept in good order and that the environment remains clean and safe.
Implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) procedures.
Identify, report, and escalate any anomalies or difficulties encountered to management.

Depending on the farm's needs, you may also help unload vehicles.

🕒Hours:12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.

📄Contract type: 3-month part-time fixed-term contract

Your assets

• Previous experience in a logistics environment is preferred.
• CACES R489 Category 1 certification is required.
• Proficiency in material handling and logistics flow management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Compliance with safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Proficiency with traceability tools, particularly the barcode scanner, is preferred.
