Job Opening: Operator (M/F) – Permanent Position

In a workshop specializing in the repair and treatment of heavy sheet metal in the metallurgy sector, you will be involved in various technical operations aimed at restoring metal parts.

🚀 Your responsibilities will include:

In the workshop, you will participate in various repair and refurbishment operations involving heavy sheet metal used in industry.

Specifically, you will be required to:

Perform grinding and preparation operations on metal surfaces

Perform shot blasting operations

Perform sheet metal repair work
Check the appearance of the metal sheets

Check the condition of parts and participate in metal hardness tests.

Contribute to compliance with workshop quality and safety requirements

Work closely with other operators to ensure that production operations are carried out successfully.

This position is in a demanding industrial environment, involving physical work and exposure to noise and dust.

Opening hours :

- The position operates on a continuous three-shift rotation, with teams alternating between the following schedules:

5 a.m.–1 p.m.,
1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
and 9 p.m.–5 a.m.

- It can also be operated during daytime hours:

8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

The work schedule is organized around 7 working days followed by 2 days off, with a cycle that includes 3 days off once a month.

You have basic computer skills (Excel, Word)

Above all, we are looking for someone who is a good team player and enjoys collaborative work, capable of demonstrating adaptability and rigor in the execution of tasks.

Experience in fields such as metallurgy, industrial grinding, bodywork, metalworking, or more broadly in a technical or manual trade can be an asset.
