For one of our customers in the railway sector, we are looking for team leaders.
Your missions are to :
-
It is responsible for:
the implementation of train safety holds/lifts
the protection of his team
the quality of train cleaning
the application of the Quality, Safety and Environment provisions
information/training of workers
compliance with intervention protocols and operating procedures
checking the good condition of the equipment at the beginning of the shift
distribution of materials and products
the organisation and assignment of individual tasks,
Hardware tracking
inventory management of products and consumables
the state of cleanliness of the construction sites and premises made available by the SNCF
report any anomaly to the SNCF and/or CAQS and/or its hierarchy
carrying out self-checks on the quality of the product
participation in adversarial checks
taking photos for DAXIUM (hatches, TAG, sockets and lifts, etc.)
You play an important role in ensuring a clean and healthy environment for travelers.
Thanks to your work, you contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and travellers.

A hands-on person, you are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection.
You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.
- Ideally, you have completed a training course in cleaning.
- First experience in a similar position is welcome, but all profiles are considered.
