CDD - Summer period from May to October
Part-time and full-time up to 35h00 per week
Location: Paris Ile de France

Reporting to the Site Manager/Hostess, you will ensure a reception service focused exclusively on the satisfaction of internal customers and visitors.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

Greet occupants and visitors to the site, replacing those on leave
Ensure that all customer and visitor requests are met (cab bookings, etc.).)
Manage the reception areas near reception
Ensure that all procedures and standards relating to the site are complied with on a daily basis
Liaise with the FM team on all issues relating to the building/facilities
Monitor services: information and updating of registers, reporting on your scope
Identify any malfunctions and pass on information.

Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

Knowledge of the hostess, hotel or event industry

You are fluent in English and at ease with IT tools.

For men: suits, shirts, ties and dress shoes, well-groomed hair.

For women: Skirt or trouser suit, pumps, well-groomed hairstyle, make-up with a healthy glow.

With a university degree, you have significant experience in the hospitality, hotel or event industry.

With excellent interpersonal and service skills, you are dynamic and autonomous.
