Customer Experience Ambassador (M/F) (Hospitality Officer)

Permanent Position
35 hours/week
Based in Paris (8th arrondissement)

MAIN OBJECTIVE

Reporting to the front office manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction is pleasant, engaging, and personalized. You will serve as an ambassador for the brand’s values and culture, embodying a commitment to service excellence in everything you do.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Anticipate and respond to guests’ requests with discretion and efficiency. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a flawless experience. Arrange transfers, reservations, activities, and special requests. Keep track of guests’ preferences and habits. Monitor the quality of services provided. Maintain the establishment’s standards of excellence and confidentiality.

 IN EVERYDAY LIFE

Site visits, inspections, discussions with colleagues, and organizing events account for 70% of your time; the rest of your day will be spent on administrative tasks.

Light lifting required (ability to lift up to 10 kg).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines during busy periods.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint); training in client tools is planned.

 Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a butler or in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
  • Discretion, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of any other languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
  • Commitment to customer service and a team-oriented attitude.
Your assets

With a background in catering/hospitality, you have significant experience in a similar position.
You have a good level of English.
With excellent interpersonal and service skills, you are adaptable, dynamic and have a constant eye for detail with your customers.
You are also recognized for your rigor and organizational skills.
