Job Opening: Project Manager (M/F) – Permanent Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at one of our SDMS subsidiaries, which specializes in the design and manufacture of high-value-added welded structural components for our clients in the energy, research, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

Reporting to the Technical and Projects Department, you will be responsible for managing the projects assigned to you:

Analyze the customer's needs,
Organize, plan, coordinate, and monitor the various stages of projects,
Ensure the project's physical and financial progress through to delivery to the client,
Ensure that project schedules and the required resource allocation times are met,
Effectively manage cross-functional resources and external partners, and coordinate interfaces,
Provide regular reports to management,
Identify risks and opportunities,
Monitor contract compliance and manage changes,
Comply with and promote the company’s safety, security, and quality policies.

Your assets

You hold a master’s degree (engineering school or equivalent) and have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment with high regulatory stakes.
You are able to work effectively in a team and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
You possess excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills, as well as fluency in English.
Proficiency in project management tools is also highly desirable.
