Offer description

Your mission

To support the development of our mechanical engineering projects, we are recruiting a Mechanical Design Coordinator (f/h). 

 

As part of your duties, you will be involved in the design of technical equipment, special machines and tooling for the nuclear industry (plant dismantling, new construction, rehabilitation, etc.).

 

You will be involved from the tendering phase through to delivery of the final design file to the customer.
You may work alone or as part of a team, depending on the size of the project.

 

Your main tasks will be :


- analyze input data;


- research technical principles;


- contribute to the production of deliverables (drawings, technical notes, etc.);


- to define the organization required to carry out the studies entrusted to it, and to ensure that they are coherent and perfectly in line with the initial technical requirements, while respecting costs, deadlines and quality;


- supervise and coordinate the technical team set up for the project (supervision of designers);


- be the guarantor of the proposed solutions (technical guarantee);


- monitor technological and regulatory developments in its field, and promote the development of best practices within the department.

Your assets

With a Bac+5 technical training (engineering school and/or university equivalent) specializing in mechanics, you have proven experience (minimum 7 years) in the design/modification of special machines, and/or the development of equipment for nuclear facilities.

 

Strong experience in the nuclear industry is required, as well as good knowledge of SOLIDWORKS and/or CATIA.
