Job offer: Site Manager (M/F) Permanent contract Saône-et-Loire (71)

Reporting to the Branch Manager and Area Manager, you will lead your team to ensure the smooth delivery of services, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of your objectives. You will be in direct contact with customers. Your responsibilities will focus on three main areas:

Management :

- You supervise a team of warehouse staff,

- You manage schedules

- You ensure the long-term stability of the social environment,

- You supervise the organization of the site (personnel, work schedules, services) to ensure its financial profitability.

- You ensure adherence to the specifications,

- You will be responsible for client reporting in collaboration with the Sector Manager.

- You perform weekly timekeeping.

- You ensure that personnel are trained, authorized, and qualified to perform their tasks,

- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety guidelines,

- You monitor safety accreditations and authorizations.

Knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of SAP,

CACES categories 2, 3, and 4 would be advantageous.

Your assets

If you have a background in logistics, then this position may be of interest to you.

Ideally, you will have significant experience in the logistics sector, but candidates with a background in operational team management in the service, industrial, retail, or equivalent sectors will also be considered.

You have a managerial temperament, strong organizational, interpersonal and sales skills, and a good command of IT tools.
