Job Opening: Logistics Agent (M/F), Permanent Position, Essonne (91)

Reporting to the Team Leader, the logistics agent performs standard logistics tasks (receiving, shipping, stocking, and order fulfillment) for all types of products (raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, etc.).

It acts as an intermediary between the various stages of the logistics chain, following procedures and respecting deadlines.

Your tasks :

Logistics management:

Manage the flow of products and onboard equipment for various flights.
Prepare and ship orders for beverages, food products, and items for sale on board in accordance with operational deadlines.
Receive goods and verify that deliveries are in compliance
Oversee loading and unloading operations
Process inventory receipts and issues, and record inventory movements
Organize and store products in designated areas

Preparation and shipping:

Prepare and load the onboard carts according to the specified supplies for the crew and passengers.
Assemble, group, or ungroup products as needed
Prepare and ship goods on time

Monitoring and follow-up:

Verify that prepared products comply with specifications: quantities, item numbers, expiration dates, and equipment condition.
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies, shortages, or anomalies.
Conduct inventory counts and track expiration dates
Ensure the traceability of workflows using IT tools

Hygiene, Quality, and Safety:

Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations and quality procedures applicable to onboard products and equipment.

Administrative management and coordination:

Complete the administrative documents related to the business

On-site hours: 2 shifts at the site, which is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Morning shift: 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Afternoon session: 1:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

Monday through Sunday, with 2 days off per week.

Your assets

As a hands-on professional, you thrive in a dynamic, operational environment. You are known for your teamwork, professionalism, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.

You have some initial experience in logistics. Experience as an assembly agent for in-flight productsis a plus.

This position is physically demanding—you will be required to carry packages weighing an average of 4 kg (up to 30 kg).
