Job Opening: Multi-Skilled Worker (M/F), Permanent Position, Morbihan (56)

You play a key role: you help ensure the satisfaction of our large and medium-sized retail customers by managing the teams that work at their locations.

To do this, you will work closely with the operations manager and the branch manager.

As part of your managerial role, you will be responsible for the organization and management of the sites in your geographical area of responsibility, both in terms of the staff who provide services to customers (recruitment, setting up, training), and in terms of the equipment and products required (orders and deliveries).

You are responsible for ensuring that your employees follow health and safety procedures and guidelines.

You ensure that the specifications for the services expected by your clients are met.

You will regularly be required to inspect completed work, conduct site reviews, and lead meetings with your clients as their primary point of contact.
