Job offer: Welding Site Manager (M/F) Permanent contract Nuclear Power Plant in Braud-et-Saint-Louis

As part of major contract wins in welding and piping at the Blayais nuclear power plant, Onet Technologies is creating a new branch in Blayais and recruiting a Welding Site Manager.

Your main mission is to support your intervention team on nuclear sites. You may be required to manage interfaces and co-activity with any stakeholders/subcontractors.

You will be responsible for preparing technical operations and ensuring that work is carried out correctly, in accordance with Q3SER rules and site documentation.

You analyze risky situations in all circumstances and implement all necessary measures to ensure the safety of those involved. You alert your manager to any malfunctions and propose appropriate technical solutions.

You will be able to contribute to the preparation of various audits or take charge of mentoring new hires, interns, or work-study students.

The position is based in Blayais (with occasional travel to other power plants).

Your assets

You have a natural ability to lead your team and communicate with your customers. A variable work pace and managing technical, organizational, and logistical challenges will be an integral part of your daily routine.

You have advanced training in welding and proven experience in nuclear site management. Knowledge of the RCC-M code would be a plus.
